dear all ,

i have hp laser jet CP1215 ,prints not in a good condition ,i update the firmware and also i installed the latest drivers , made calbration also still the same is theres any way to solve this ,by the way the Cartraiges is Orignal 100/100 and all new ,see my attached

I had the same problem on the similar printer. First I changed the ITB (image transfel belt) , but did not solve the problem.

Then I change the cartridges and that was the solution. Only one cartridge was problem.

Old one and new one cartridges were all original.

aha but i changed all the cartariges and all original,im thinkin to change the itb or clean it as u worte
