[Misc] olivetti mf 2000 okidata c3520 service mode

Hi all this is my first posting on this site so here goes.

I am trying to reset the transfer belt unit on the olivetti mf 2000, I was led to beleive that you can reset the counters in the service mode, but I cannot find the service mode process in the service manual.
I have tried holding various buttons whilst turning on the machine, if anyone can help I am all ears :-)

You can access the Service Mode with the Maintenance Utility, but you can't reset consumable counters anymore. In the older machines like the C5300, C5250, C9600, you could reset all consumable counters in Engine Diag Level 2, but today it isn't possible anymore.

You can check if the belts makes a good connection with the machine. If that doesn't work, just replace the belt with a new one and claim the defective one.
