[Misc] OKI MC860 won't reset Y drum count!

I have a customer with an OKI MC860 using original consumables and it will not reset the Y drum count. I have checked to see if the unit fuse has blown and the machine isn't blowing the reset fuse. Have tried 2 original units (not cheap!) and on both the fuses are showing continuity. The machine did run for some time with the replace Y drum message showing, but now has completely stopped! I had one just recently with the same problem. Tried drums,drum contact PCB, power supply, some other board, still had the error. Ended up selling the customer a new machine. Also very time consuming to replace any pcbs on that model.
