Hi,
I have a printer oki c9600 with a problem: too magenta print the images. I did replace all four toners and drums but the problem persists. What do you advise me to do? I wanted to update the firmware just do not find it anywhere. could you tell me where to find it?

COuld be the Magenta drum unit,and you have to get oki firmware from oki as a dealer or reseller.

I 'may' be able to get the frimware, but it won't be free.

I've changed all four drums but the result is the same. Print a slight magenta film on the paper, I'll post a photo of the interior of the printer.

The leakage in the photo...probably a seal (?).

Background toning and tracking is most commonly caused by low humidity. Always shows up with Magenta. Get a humidifier and maintain 50% minimum.
