[Misc] Ikon GC550 Copier ...Equivilant to:....?

Does anyone know what the maker of Ikon GC550 or what its equivalent to. Need to get into service mode. Customer wants to remove the password when using the USB port he doesn't know the password nor do i know how to change it.

Found out its a Ikon CPP550 and is equivalent to the Konica Minolta Color Press C5500.
Lease information was wrong naming it the Ikon GC550....???

Yes you are correct the cpp 550 is the C5500.
