Citizen CL-S700 Label Printer shows offline through USB

Citizen CL-S700 it works thorough Parallel port but on USB side it just sits ..re-installed drivers (win7 x64) driver ver. Printer: Citizen CL-S700Port: USB001

It wont print any diagnostics or reports..just does not communicate ! Any ideas?

Have you tried it on another computer?

Does it make a sound when you plug/unplug from the computer?

Does it have a dip switch or a menu mode that allows you to change between parallel and USB?

Thanks for the valuable info,

I haven't got service manual for this machine and customer is not going to use it through USB so Paraller port is the only option which is now working fine after re-install of all drivers.
