I am trying to work on this WorkCentre 5665/5675/5687. can someone guide me on how to access to the service mode of this machine? The machine cannot copy nor print, is there any setting that i need to set.because me machine no finisher.I am not getting any error code instead i got the message " Copying and Printing are unavailable " on the screen.There NVM code to turn off the finisher。If anyone knows, please email (andywong_1@yahoo.com)
