[Misc] OKI C830 bout to pull my hair out....

Working on a oki c830 that will not get past "Install Toner Black". I have so far replaced the drum and toner, tested the toner sensor, swapped the rfids, reseated connectors and reset the eprom. the machine is spotlessly clean. Anyone have an idea of what I might be missing?
