Customer is using compatible toner for long time. When the last black cartridge was empty he replace with the same brand the same compatible cartridge. The printer doesn't pull toner from the cartridge, the gear on the cartridge never turn even when trying to supply black toner with the menu option. Display shows full cartridge. Print is even but very light. The laser lens is clean. Any idea? Thanks.
