    [Error Code] Oce 3165 Error Code ' M 6113"

Not sure what the deal is with this. The code has to do with the TTF belt. My problem is that I have only had to pull this process unit out twice in 3 years. My guess is that the TTF belt is missing. I have been all day searching through the computer generated manuals. Any help is greatly appreciated

Its been a while, but I believe 06113 is a warming up issue. Check all the heaters for continuity. The TTF, conveyor and pre heat belts are still there in the pics!!!!

Thanks so much for your feedback, This copier is still in pieces and not sure whether I am going to try to fix it. Parts are really high and the manuals are not easy to use. Sure do appreciate your feedback...

You have to pull out the process unit from the middle of the machine

Put back the TTF assy, lock and put all connectors, dont cover. Turn on the machine and while it is warming up, check if the lamp in the TTF section lighting up or not.

The 6113 is a heating fault with the counter pressure unit.
There is a heating element in the top roller. This may need
replacement it can be checked with a continuity test This
heating unit has a terminal switch under the black belt
which may have tripped out cutting off the power to the heater.
This code will also need to be reset through the sds service on this
                machine
                Hope this helps
