This thing leaves ink streaks about an inch long and 1/8 inch wide down the page when printing...I just changed the printhead and no difference.....any ideas of the cause as the customer is getting tense!!!

You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it....

if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!
