Hello everyone,
I`m hoping to get a bit of help as people around me just shooting blanks to the following error code:04501.
Basically what happened is, the technician turned up, to change a few little things nothing major, regular maintenance only, then when putting the printer back together this code appeared 04501. Been told have to get another NTC part No. 2977823 and a PBA part No. 1060042274, to cut it short parts turned up, PBA without the chip which relates to the printhead, all got fitted error code still the same. Getting a bit annoyed by it as 3 different technician says same, that PBA should`ve came with chip, so back to OCE they say no. Everyone blaming everyone, but no solution, technician wants me to spend more on parts, so he can guess what went wrong, i think this is entirely wrong, spare parts can cost thousands and no guarantee that he finds out anytime soon what`s wrong.
If anyone would be able to give some help that would be much appreciated.

I need this sorted ASAP as i only got a TDS400 as a back-up.
