Hello, I received a service call for a KIP 3000 copier/printer. I must say... I have never seen one of these before! very strange device. When turning on the printer the display says "E-034 Bias Error" I tried googling the error but no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

E034 is a developer bias error
These are common errors, they are rerely HV boards, check and replace the charge wire. Check, clean and relube with conductive grease all of the developer contact points.Comment
