[Error Code] Oki ES5461 error codes 137 and 147

Hello all,

I have an eng that is getting these error codes at a customer, however a trawl through the service manuals do not give any details of these codes. Machine will sometimes fire up and go to a ready state but will throw the code the moment you go to copy, sometimes it is immediate on boot up.

As I have said I have been through the service manuals and the Oki site doesn't give any tech tips or info for this machine, has anyone here came across this code and if so how did you resolve it.

Thanks for the offer but as an Oki dealer we get access to the Oki manuals straight from them, now if you had an Oki technical support desk that actually picked up the phone an knew what they were talking about I would be all ears
