Ricoh I forgot when I entered this category. I am not the one working on this yet the person has installed four of these already.

Do you know the OEM model #, or at least the Xante model #????

It's hard to help without more info for the consortium..............................

my assumption was that it was an OKI since I have serviced a couple Xante's that were OKI's......

impressia is the model. It is for printing on envelopes front and back in color. I think pretty much its a bad board since it thinks all the drum units are at fault. This is not the first one we got that had a problem and never made it to the customer.
We are in contact with the help people of this manufacturer, but thought I could help by maybe getting a tip or two here. doesn't hurt to ask. Sometimes it can be something simple.

yep it's a Ricoh box. Looks like a version of the C820 printer with the envelope feeder and exit units.....
