    Okidata C3530

    Anybody out there know if you can reset the fuser counter. Have a customer whose Canon I take care of got the replace fuser message and machine apparently stops working. Thanks

      No error code. Just replace fuser message.

              a new fuser unit has a fuse in it and it blows when installed ive tried various ways to recreate the fuse with no luck

                  Thanks for the replies. I have not done anything else with it. I would have happily bought the manual if my customer wanted to fix it since I have no others out there. The machine is working. They had another issue preventing them from printing that had nothing to do with the printer. After finding no reset, I figured a new fuser would reset the count. If I end up on it again, I will repost a result.
