Hi ,
we have ipf750 installed one year back which we got today error is E161-403e says print Head temperature error.
Done the below activities to sort the issue.
# Enter into service mode and back to normal mode error: E161-403e is disappeared, but when we try to print Nozzle patter Machine displays : Execute printhead cleaning. we did Print head cleaning A & B at the end it's not completed error shows : 2F30 / 2F42
# Checked the Nozzle pattern in service Mode printed only Black nozzle rest are blank.
# Checked the Print head counter reached only 1100 square meter, but we replaced the print head 1 year back.
Kindly help us if anyone knows how to fix the issue.
And aslo pls let us know what is the Lifetime of Printhead PF-04
