Oce TDS 100 error blank copies, error 0501 & toner dump

Hello all,
I have one Oce TDS 100 doing blank copies with a dark band across the paper. It also displays error 0501. The copier copier was abandoned for sometime and moved to a new location according to the owner and the waste bottle is not there.
Any help I will appreciate. Thanks

Error 0501 in TDS100 is a Toner Error.
Check the toner hopper if its pumping toner to the developer.
Check if connection to the Toner Hopper Motor is correct, there are some batches of this model that are incorrect.

You're saying that its print is blank, yet there is a dark band across the paper? Where is this dark band happening? Near the Leading edge? from left to right?
