Does somebody know what the error code means? Found that it's power related? Any Thoughts?

On your heater unit, there are NTC resistors connected to it. There is something wrong with your NTC 5. It is the NTC located last near the side of the drive section of the machine. You need to replaced that one.

    To check:
dial you multimeter to 20M in ohms (or the highest selection). then measure the points of NTC. There should be a little value on it.
If there is no value = its open
If there is value even in x1 or x10 or x1k =its shorted

Thank you for your reply, I finally got my hands on the machine (back up was running), but I'm not 100% sure what resistor are you talking about, i know how NTC looks like but can't seems to find one here. I replaced GNE-220TL-US, as I found can be problematic, I attached a couple pictures if you can kindly guide me where this resistor is.
      Thank you

Sorry, not that one. The NTC resistors are in the heater unit or Fuser Unit. They are white very small tube like with 2 wires on them. Open up the cover for the Fuser unit, they are attached on the (what do we call it) plate like on the fuser unit. The error code indicates, that its the NTC on the far side, on the side of the the drive section, (the other far side is the side where you put toner).
