How can I enter service mode for this oce model ?, what does mean this code? thanks in advance.

It is not as simple as entering service mode.
The Oce machines use a Lotus Notes database with an application that runs from within the Database.
This is encrypted to the laptop it runs on (so no I can't get you a copy).
In short you need an Oce approved dealer to access the machines service mode.
When I get back to the office I will see if I can locate the error code.
I am not sure we have access to the waveplot 350 they only give you access to the machines you are trained on but I might get something close.

Way to get into service mode is not in the machine nor in the controller. You will need an OCE Service Laptop like what andre said.
error 5502:
1. check the developer toner concentration sensor (DEVTONCONSE) - if damage or shorted
2. check the toner level inside the developer, maybe there is low toner already, if you think toner is low, just add few drops manually even to all surface. IF it got fixed after manual adding of toner. Check your toner hopper, maybe it has no toner inside or its not pumping very well.
