Does anyone know if there is a special tool needed to remove the covers from the TCS series of plotters/copiers? They have a really weird looking set of 'screws' holding the covers on. I don't want the techs forcing the covers off and the service manuals are not much help for disassembly of the machines.

The 400 model. When facing the front of the machine, we need to get the left cover off.
