Oce TDS100 copying blank pages

Hi
I have a Oce Tds100 machine not photocopying.It is photoping blank pages .Am told it strarted doing this after changing Developer and Toner.Is there a way of initialising the developer? How do i check the Toner levels? If there is someone with a Service/Technical manual u can sand it to nrsmoyo@yahoo.com.If someone have came across this problem please help me how to solve this problem of copying caming out blank and its not giving error codes

if there is a problem with developer, it will show up an error.
if there is no more toner, it will pop up an error and ask for a toner.

is it totally clean when you make a photocopy?

try to check the transfer assy. check the corona wires if it is still ok.

You probably have some kind of a problem with the developer unit or rollers in the unit not turning. If you are getting totally blank (white copies) since this is a digital machine you would not get blank copies from the coronas. If charge is broken you would get black copies. If transfer is broken you would still get some image.
For your info OCE manuals are very hard to obtain
