    Epson Workforce 840

    This customer has a Epson Workforce 840 and it is unable to send or receive faxes. When the fax number is dialed the phone just rings. However, the machine does recognize that something is coming in but never accepts it. The customer has unplugged the phone line for 15 seconds and plugged it back it, and they have also unplugged the machine from the power outlet. Neither of these changed the outcome. I have never seen this machine before, and I have not gone out to it yet. I will be going to take a look at it but I was hoping to get some help before I do. Thank you for any help given.
