[Error Code] Oce TDF 700 Two error codes 25001 and 05501

First time with this customer. No service manuals so I need a little help on these codes so I can get started in the right place. Anyone have a manual for this or know where to get one. Thanks

TDF700 or do you mean TDS 700?

Check the PHD PBA board for any shorts, check also the Engine CPU I/O and printhead. See below details:

Basically this error is assumed to be caused by the customer.

3 Check / replace the CPU I/O PBA.
4 Check / replace the print head.

    For E05501 -
Check the connection of the sensor and motor in the toner hopper if it is connected.
Check if the motor in the hopper is rotating and dispensing toner outside. (you may remove the hose of the hopper outside while it is doing the "Optimizing print Quality" to check if toner is indeed coming out.
Check the content of the developing unit if there is still enough developer inside. If there is, toner may be very less on it. Try to put toner manually, not too much, not too little. I hope you can distinguish toner from developer inside the unit.
