C762 Issues

Hello,

I just purchased a Lexmark C762. It was working fine during testing, and when I took it, I replaced the black cartridge. Now the black is ghosting / double imaging. I checked 3 times and I removed all the retainers correctly from the cartridge. But I cannot get the ghosting to go away. I think it is something to do with the cleaner for the cartridge since the ghosting of the previous pages image. Please help

I think you may have a bad cartridge my friend, take it out and see if you can see an image on the drum, if you do its not cleaning the drum, if you have the old one put it in and see if the problem goes away
