Dell c3760 - Who works on these?

I have a Dell c3760 with jams from tray 1. The feed rollers are not turning. I play with them a little, and sometimes they'll turn a little. I'm assuming there's a one-way in there that's slipping. The thing is, I can't find a service manual or parts manual for this machine anywhere. So while I would suggest a feed unit (or whatever Dell calls them in their machines), I can't find one. I think these are based on Xerox machines. Anyway, they use the same feed rollers as a Xerox.

What's the deal with Dell anyway? After a certain time period, you can't find service manuals for their machines. Frustrating.

dells are usually rebadged xerox or lexmark you can try and find a cross reference for it and work of the manual for those machines. Dell usually just swapps their name for the oem name on all service documentation.
