I have a photo of a person standing outside, nice sunny day by a lake, anyways the person and the surroundings are really washed out almost like a x-ray or negative. Can a printhead do this? or what?

You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.... and
if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!
