    Dell 3110cn

    What cause this printer, Dell 3110cn, to give light prints without asking for the ink to be replaced? Thank you for any help given.

    Could be toner cartridges, even though it's not telling you to replace them. Are you using OEM or refurbs/compatible?

      I have seen this on reman's before. Since this cartridge is a dual component (toner and dev) sometimes the toner has not reached the developer yet. I have had some success with printing the solid color of the toner you are having trouble with(Maybe 50-100 Prints)

        Try searching the menu for developer refresh should be under maintenance like the xerox equivalent. run a few times and see if it improves
