Hello All, customer has an OCE TDS 400 and every time they try to print they get 'restart printer 12502'. Does anyone know what that means or does anyone have the service manual for it? Thanks!

This massage can be from drawer , check knife home position , and the pulse disk inside drawer also
Other drawer sensors damage !!

had same problem.
check your controller wire that connected to plotter or scanner which that show restart printer.
if it doesnt help switch wires.
also clear all jobs on controller.
