I have a Sindoh 707 that as of late will emit an error message saying that the toner (original) is invalid.
It will work fine and then suddenly emit an EC631 error code. When you reset the machine, it throws an error that reads "Invalid toner supply".
It says to reset the machine, and failing that to do a cold start but no improvement results.
As there is not much info available on these for troubleshooting purposes, i would like to know if anyone has had a similar fault.
I have had the back open and there is not much to the "bicu" other than area code jumpers, which i have set to EU as they were set for Korea, but that did not make much difference in the long run.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
