not sure if this the correct place to post this? i have a customer that has several of these impact price tag printers and in need of the ribbon advance mechanism. or a replacement machine. i wonder if these are like currence counters where its good luck getting parts at a competitive price. any help will be appreciated. and Ps, what happened to "smarka"? when did they close down?? you guys take care, Jim
