cant print through Computer DP-C265

Hi
I have panasonic DP-C265 Copier i cant print through computer i have installed all the drivers it dosnt even print a test page when i send print to copier copier starts for 10 to 15 second but dosnt print and when i check print history it says Code Unmatch
