have a customer with several that all stopped advancing the ribbon. i see some used on ebay of which i am waiting on one to see if i can use it or its parts? but the customer is still using windows 98 if you can believe that. and has several stores. i am waiting on a reply bebuttle from one source that said the new ones with that model wont work with win 98. if anyone has other sources, that would be great. thank you very much, Jim
