I replaced the black drum unit in this machine, and had no trouble. After leaving, the customer called and said the machine kept rebooting( hour glass revolving on the screen) after every few copies or print jobs. What might be the problem? The machine still copies and prints fine but has this annoying problem THANKS

So it looks like its a bizhub C220. On some of the errors the machine would restart automatically. Go to service mode and check the logs to get the code.
