We have done the following:
- Having consistent issues with jamming in the Stacker
- Print gets to the flip wheel and stops and the printer doesn't recognize that it stop and continues to print
- Eventually the printer will error out with a 11506 or 21530 and 2250044, 2250015, 13521
We have done the following:
- Replaced all the main boards on the print engine.
- Replaced the IMM.
- Replaced the Main Node and all local nodes.
- The sensors in the registration unit along with the internet cables have been replaced.
- 13521 code was resolved but the machine continues to exhibit the 11506 code when attempting to output a print followed by a 25701.
