Okidata ES8473- Noise new out the box?

Looking to see who has run these machines and what your thoughts are on them. We've just recently became an Oki dealer and so far having set 2 of these machines up new out the box, they seem to come with a built in squeak. It's very noticeable and is present when running the IU motor check in service mode. Any help appreciated and also your thoughts on this series.

The noise is coming from the toner cartridges.They should have a number one them.I believe C2 is ok but any YMC cartridge with C3 or C4 may cause noise.There is an okidoc on this issues and oki will warranty the cartridge if you call them.
