Hello- Can anyone tell me if the Hard Drive comes preloaded from Panasonic or wherever you purchase from? Or will a generic HDD with the same specs work?
They are just your ordinary hard drives. Pull it to see if its an IDE or Sata connection so you will get the right kind. There is no software that I'm aware of. I just by the drive locally and install it. Of course its been a few years since I needed to.
