Hey I have a Panasonic dp-mc210 that after it goes into power save mode, when the customer prints to it, the copier turns off ,her computer turns off,and her phone turns off. But if the copier is on and not in energy save mode it works fine. I have the power save mode to take place after an hour. Is there anyway of turning off the power save mode or make it longer than 1 hour. Or any suggestions of why this is happening. Thanks PS the machine has fax on it also.
