Good luck with this. The last I heard, Panasonic was locking down the service utility software so tight that even if you got certified on the machine they would only enable the software to work on one mac address. The last contact # I was aware of for Panasonic was their consumer line 1-800-726-2797, but it had an option for scanners and we have called it for support on scanners still under warranty and they helped us. they might be able to provide the track for training and acquiring the service utility.
