recheck connections or defective touch screen, there is a possibility that the touchscreen was put in backwards.

may need a calibration , turn off box , push and hold energy saver and function buttons while turning back on , follow prompts on screen good luck

I've tried that but the touch screen is unresponsive.

I may have a used screen , I could send , let me check .....Yes I have 2 complete control panels a 262 and 322

So I finally got back out there to find the touch screen the customer ordered from ebay and put in themselves was UPSIDE DOWN.
Glad that was some easy $$$
