Developer Vanishes resulting lighter copy

Can any say why does the Developer vanishes after 3000 or 4000 copies resulting lighter copies in DP-8016 machine. I m tired of changing Developers constantly. If any one can solve this problem plz mail me

not had this fault on this model however the older dp1515/20 (same machine) had a blockage from the toner hopper to the dev unit thus the machine was only using the dev hence light copies.

when removing the cover from the dev unit take close attention to the toner shoot pipe that transports toner from the hopper unit, u may need to unblock it

hi.i think when you install anew develper you have to go through service mode to set up the developer.
