    Panasonic DP-2330 scans @94% copies @ 100%

    Have a Panasonic DP-2330 that reduces to 94% when you scan to desktop, which leaves a shadow when scanning from the platten. I have updated the latest firmware and checked F6 modes for 100% image area. Copies 1 to 1 when making a copy. Customer is using Adobe 6.0 as their viewer. Does this with XP and 2000. Any suggestions?
