DP-1820 bypass shifting the image

I have a DP-1820 that has wondering registration when using anything other than plan paper.The customer prints on checks ,so the alignment has to be pretty close to bang on.I have replaced the feed roller,the spring clutch and bosses.I have also tried adjusting the paper loop and the clutch position.The customer has been running this job for a while with no problem.

No....from the paper trays the registration is fine,but I am willing to try anything right now.
