Just had an issue arise where the machine reboots itself when you try to input a new address into the address book. All the info goes in and as soon as you accept it to finalize it, the machine reboots completely. The entry does not go in. Called Tech Support and they told us to unplug the HDD and see if it did it. It did not so they said to replace the HDD. We did that today and to no surprise, it didn't fix it. Tech Support is closed now but wanted to see if anyone else has seen this issue. Firmware is current, machine works fine with HDD unplugged. Thanks.
