Panafax uf-7000 printing memory Rcv'd Doc message

I have a Panasonic fax uf 7000. How do I clear the message (Printing Memory Rcv'd Doc?) I tred Function, 8, 5, set, 3 & set to clear memory but that didn't work. I don't know if there is another way to clear the memory. Can anyone help?

there is a way you need to do a firmware update which you can download from panasonic its not an easy thing to update though but give it a go

Hi, I would try F6-09 clears all jobs stored in flash memory. If that does not work do a RAM clear remember to print out customers programed inf first if you can.
