Panasonic DP-C262 Locks Up

I have a DP-C262 that locks up when printing graphics in Excel. I removed the optional 256 main memory and it prints the document. I Installed new main memory and it locks up. I need to have the optional memory installed so that scanning works. The machine sees the optional memory on the machine information print out. Thanks

Sounds like it needs the Adobe Postscript option.

Is the memory from Panasonic? There are certain other manufactures memory that will not work and give you this problem. You may want to try to install the memory again and run a all job clear in F9 service mode. Also try to clean the contacts on the memory card as well.

I had thia same problem first i pulled the main memory then firmware updated the machine then reinstalled the memory and firmware updated it again this seemed to solve the problem. I f you have any questions let me know.
