Since Panasonic let go all thier good field adviser. We had no tech support and i also found out that when we buy Panasonic parts from a dealer, which Panasonic says we can buy it from them. I found out that we are no longer paying dealer price but customer price. There goes the profit. Are everyone getting this problem????

This happened over 4 months ago. The tech support was around untill last month, but now all Pana techs need to really know what they're doin because of the lack of field support. You can still get "dealer pricing" on machines / supplies with wholesale distributers. Its a bunch of paperwork that needs to be filled out and phone tag with Pana and the wholesaler. It ends up being just like how it was when there were official Pana dealers around but with no tech support. As long as you meet your quotas with the wholesaler then you will continue to get dealer pricing, and you can still order parts from the b2b site.
