The copier got freeze, the display shows the logo but NO menu!

can someone help me with a service manual??

Try resetting the boot roms as well as all the connectors on the boards.I have had sevrall of these 250/600 do that...Th.

OneTek:

the board FFPWB0655 has a burn component , I already replaced it , it is close to ADUNIT connector on the back of the board.

I did reset them!, nothing happend
Is it possible to test the copier without connecting the printer and network board?
