    2310 J32

Only jams on duplex. Code says iadf registration but copies made off glass. Paper is 80% out of fuser when jam occurs. Replaced duplex clutch and added tension to rollers on duplex door. Single sided copies do not jam at all.

Hi mate, not sure this is the same fault, but I had a problem on duplex on these machines, I have had jams going into the duplex unit, just loosly concertenering going into the unit, you have to replace the cream plastic gate and the section that holds it, the plastic wears on the holder and the gate doesn`t move right. If this is any help and you need more info, just let me know.

    cheers

You have to replace the registration sensor arm. Its wearing to short and the tip does not catches paper in duplex mode only.Result is J32 code.

I had this same thing happen to me once after a 120k on a 3030. After I looked over the work because it only happened on 2 sided copies I saw that the reg sensor for the duplex unit was unplugged. If it happens again might wanna check that first, its easy to unplug that reg sensor for the duplex unit while putting the fuser unit back into the machine. And when you unplug it its a hard thing to catch because you generally don't know it until you try a 2 sided copy.
