    E-Copy compatibility on a DP-c405?

Has anyone had any scenarios where a customer wants to use E-copy on a Panasonic machine? Panasonic doesn't show up in the compatibility list for E-copy, but I need to know if it will still work with Panasonic products, specifically a c-405.

Basically for the "E-Copy" you need both machines to be on a server either centralized or remoted in. And on the main copy screen if you look on the right hand side it says "remote copy" you select that then select the machine you want to copy to.

In order to make this happen all the machines need to be able to recognize each other either by being on the same server or shared out through someones computer on a separate server that you can remote into. Its like scanning to a different copying machine.

    Hope this helps,
    Tom

Actually, I need information on campatibility with E-copy, the actual program. You can find it here @ Document Imaging Solutions - eCopy, Inc. It's basically the equivilant of document management software. I know Panasonic does not use TWAIN drivers, but other companies have their own drivers apparently. I just need to know if Panasonic will work with this particular software.

Ah ok. I've never installed anything like that before on any of my machines. But if the network admin can get it to work I don't see why it shouldn't. But then again I just do the hardware lol. Goodluck.

If there is no Twain driver,I don't see how this is going to work.I think the new DP406 has a twain interface.
